Service Description

Red Tent Hypnatal, Antenatal and Hypnobirthing classes are combined and divided into two weeks of hypnatal, two weeks of antenatal and four weeks of hypnobirthing. This triple combination of courses is held over 8 x 1hr sessions, each session is £30. Postnatal and breastfeeding support is also included here and it's absolutely FREE! Each course is tailored to suit you perfectly so do feel free to contact me if there's anything you'd like to discuss before making a booking. At the end of your first session we will book your next seven, at a time convenient to you, and complete the remaining payment The course is held over Zoom.
